Introduction

These terms govern your use of the Techrige platform as a Charging Host. By creating a listing or accepting bookings, you agree to comply with these terms.

Host Obligations

• Maintain a functional and safe charging station for guests.
• Ensure your listing is accurate and up-to-date.
• Respond to booking requests promptly (within a maximum of 24 hours).
• Comply with all local, provincial, and federal regulations applicable to your property and services.

Listing Guidelines and Accuracy

• Provide detailed and accurate information about your charging station, including type, power output, location, and Availability.
• Clearly state any specific rules or restrictions for guests using your charging station.
• Techrige reserves the right to suspend or remove listings that violate our guidelines or receive repeated complaints.

Booking and Payout Terms

• Bookings are finalized only after confirmation by the Host.
• Techrige collects payment on behalf of the Host and deducts applicable service fees before payout.
• Payouts are processed within 7 business days after the completion of the session, subject to successful payment from the EV Owner.

Cancellation Policies for Hosts

• Hosts may cancel a booking in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
• Frequent cancellations may result in penalties, including temporary suspension of listings.
• Refunds to EV Owners depend on the timing of cancellations and applicable policies.

Insurance and Liability Requirements

• Hosts are responsible for ensuring their charging station meets safety standards and is adequately insured.
• Techrige is not liable for any damages, injuries, or theft occurring during a charging session.
• We recommend Hosts consult with their insurance provider to confirm coverage for commercial use.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, Techrige may assist in resolving issues between Hosts and EV Owners. However, we are not liable for unresolved disputes.

Prohibited Activities

• Providing misleading or false information about your charging station.
• Discriminating against guests based on race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics.
• Using the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Modifications to Terms

Techrige reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
